Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners Llc is seeking a Training Medical Assistant with a background in dermatology to help onboard new staff and train back-office clinic processes. You will lead EMA, NextGen, and Phreesia training, conduct 30/60/90-day reviews, and collaborate with Practice Managers to develop protocols and materials.

Qualifications

  • Prior Dermatology, cosmetic, and surgical experience is required.
  • At least 2 years in a medical assistant training role.
  • Prior scribing experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and phone etiquette.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Training and educating medical assistants for all back-office clinic duties.
  • Proficient in EMA, NextGen, and Phreesia.
  • Completing 30, 60, and 90-day performance reviews with medical assistants.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and develop training materials.
  • Collaborate with Practice Managers to implement protocols and staffing meetings.
