Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE JOB

As an Air Defense Trainer, you will support Anduril’s Air Defense Business to plan, resource, and execute technical instruction, enabled by a deep understanding of our products and each customer’s unique mission requirements. We are a fast-growing company at the early stages of our growth and you will be expected to immediately develop and own material and projects that will have a significant impact on the trajectory of the programs you support. • Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team
    • Work across a wide range of Anduril teams, including program teams, product development, engineering, and operations to capture product updates and support training of end users
  • Serve as the voice of our customers
    • Build a bridge between our end users and Anduril, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing the development of new product features
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrable experience conducting technical training within the Middle East region for international users
  • Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, to include travel to Hazard Zones, for approximately 20-30 days at a time
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance
