GEOTEK is seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver training for office and manufacturing staff in Stewartville, MN. The role ensures every employee is fully trained, competent, and compliant with safety, quality, and operational standards through onboarding, 30/60/90-day follow-ups, and annual refreshers.

The Trainer will keep accurate training records and collaborate with leaders across departments to support production and office functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, manufacturing, or production leadership preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Flexibility to adapt training methods to different learning styles and production needs.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering managers, directors, and department managers to develop and deliver training programs for production and office.
• Conduct competency checks, training sessions, and follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days for new and transitioning employees.
• Ensure all staff are fully trained, evaluated, and signed off on required training before independent work.
• Collaborate with the departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
• Schedule and deliver annual training refreshers.

Location: Stewartville, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8 am-5 pm

Pay: $24.04–$31.25 per hour

Job Summary: GEOTEK is seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver training for office and manufacturing staff. This role ensures employees are fully trained, competent, and compliant with safety, quality, and operational standards through structured onboarding, 30/60/90-day follow-ups, and annual refreshers. The Trainer will maintain accurate training records and collaborate with leaders across departments

Essential Functions

• Partner with engineering managers, directors, and department managers to develop and deliver training programs for production and office
• Conduct competency checks, training sessions, and follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days for new and transitioning employees.
• Ensure all staff are fully trained, evaluated, and signed off on required training before independent work.
• Collaborate with the departments to:
