GEOTEK is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer in Stewartville, MN. You will work on the production floor to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and implement automation and capital improvements in a continuous manufacturing environment.

The role requires 4+ years in a continuous process manufacturing setting, experience with PLC/VFDs, SolidWorks/3D CAD, and the ability to split time between office and plant floor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using structured root cause methods.

• Support and enhance factory automation (PLCs, controls, mechanical, hydraulic systems).
• Identify and help implement cost-reducing automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard work and process documentation.
• Conduct engineering trials and analyze production data.
• Support capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Train production teams on new processes.

What You’ll Do

Physical Work Conditions

50/50 split between office and plant work environment.

The compensation range for this position is $75,542 - $113,312. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
