Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Description:
The Posse trainer helps recruit, train, and support Posse Scholars. Responsibilities include outreach to high schools and community organizations, interviewing candidates, guiding college applications, and supporting Scholars from high school through college graduation. Trainers facilitate weekly workshops on leadership, communication, team-building, and academic excellence. They also travel to partner universities quarterly to meet with Scholars, monitor academic progress, and collaborate with campus mentors to ensure Scholars receive necessary support. Trainers report to the program director and collaborate with co-trainers.
