Overview

Join to apply for the Trainer role at Epic. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users as well as Epic staff.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.
• Contribute to the training lifecycle from instructional design to developing training materials and delivery scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and work with organizations to develop their training.
• Participate in projects to improve software usability and intuitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
