Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking a training professional to design and deliver employee and management training programs that align with business objectives and enhance member experience. You will develop curricula that boost productivity and efficiency while enriching employee engagement across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
