Job summary

Insight Global in the United States is seeking an experienced Fiber Optics Training Specialist to deliver classroom instruction on fiber infrastructure fundamentals, MPO/MTP connectivity, OS2 fiber, polarity, and structured cabling concepts. You will conduct hands-on fusion splicing labs and train technicians on OTDR and OLTS testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years fiber optics experience.
• Fusion splicing expertise.
• OTDR and OLTS testing experience.
• Data center or telecommunications infrastructure experience.
• Experience training or mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction covering fiber infrastructure fundamentals.
• Teach MPO/MTP connectivity, OS2 fiber, polarity, and structured cabling concepts.
• Conduct hands-on fusion splicing labs.
• Train technicians on OTDR and OLTS testing methodologies.
