UtiliQuest, LLC invites you to join as a Trainee Locator, where you will learn safety rules, operating techniques, and how to identify underground utility lines with experienced locators. You will document findings and contribute to safer construction projects.

You’ll gain hands-on training in locating techniques and mapping tools, while developing a solid understanding of local infrastructure and regulations. This apprenticeship-style role offers growth and a path to becoming a skilled locator.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license with an acceptable MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Learn utility locating techniques, safety protocols and how to operate equipment.
• Develop an understanding of local utility infrastructure and regulations.
• Partner with experienced Locators to mark underground utility lines.
• Operate utility locating equipment and document findings using digital mapping tools.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
