Via is seeking a Trainee Recovery Practitioner to support people with substance misuse in Chester on a part-time, permanent basis. The role is on-site and focused on compassionate, person-centered support within a fast-paced organisation.

Applicants must have lived experience of substance misuse and hold an OCNLR Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring, or be prepared to complete it within 12 months of starting. The role values empathy, calmness under pressure and strong listening skills.

Qualifications

• Lived experience of substance misuse.
• Willingness to complete the OCNLR Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring within 12 months if not held.
