Qualifications

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing keyworking sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalised recovery plans in collaboration with clients, working closely with other professionals to support well-rounded care.
• Promote harm reduction and educate clients on recovery models to empower them on their paths to recovery.
• Regularly review client progress and adapt recovery plans to ensure the best outcomes.
