Are you looking to kickstart your career in the plumbing industry? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbing Safety Inspection Trainees. Additionally, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.

Training Start Date: January 2026

What You’ll Do

• Spend most of your day in the field—independent, trusted, and on the move
• Perform in‑depth plumbing safety inspections (after training!) in and around customer homes
• Help identify system concerns and explain solutions to homeowners
• Complete Level 1–3 plumbing services and repairs once trained
• Communicate findings clearly through written reports and customer conversations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer service
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill development
• Collaborate with managers to achieve performance goals and KPIs
• Maintain an organized and well‑stocked company vehicle

What You Bring

You don’t need plumbing experience — we’ll teach you everything. What matters most is:

Physical & Work Environment

• Walking/standing for long periods
• Working in tight or elevated spaces and outdoor conditions
• Lifting 50–75 lbs when needed
• Navigating uneven terrain and varied temperatures
