• MS Project scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements.
• Create and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Assign and track personnel across projects.
• Attend progress meetings and process change orders.
• Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for WIP reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Communicate with clients to align on solutions.
• Read and analyze job cost reports.
• Support collections as needed.
• Learn and utilize the scheduling program.
