You will assist with cost reports, change orders, and client communications as you grow into project leadership. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Construction Management-related degree, have strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; pursuing a related degree is preferred.
• Pursuing/holding a Bachelor's in Construction Management or similar field.
• Knowledge of sprinkler systems/plumbing is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with MS Projects scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately define project requirements.
• Assist with creating job schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication.
• Identify and manage personnel assigned to each project and track labor efficiency.
• Attend job progress meetings and initiate change orders and billing.
• Learn cost-to-complete estimation for monthly WIP reporting.
