RiteChoice Rx is seeking an enthusiastic and organized pharmacy technician to join our team at a health center pharmacy in the Philadelphia area. Familiarity with the 340B program is a plus, but we will teach you what you need to know to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Trainee or Registered technician is required.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare medication for patients.
• Receiving and verifying prescriptions.
• Process prescriptions using computer software.
• Greet patients in person and by phone, and refer inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures.
• Organize medications for dispensing and prepare labels.
• Record physicians’ orders and prescriptions.
