Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee GIS Application Developer who can work with our team members (database, network, server, etc.) and interacting with business units. The candidate will follow internal SLDC, standards, and accepted best practices for developed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Working on Cutting-edge Technologies related to Esri’s Geographic Information System (GIS).
• Development of custom tools & functionalities, as part of any Web-based GIS Application.
• Learning new platforms/technologies & their implementation in software development.
• Web-based Mapping & data analyses on spatial & tabular dataset to produce statistical reports, charts & map-based graphical representations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Software Development & Implementation of Information Technology (IT) Solutions.
• Knowledge of Programming / Coding using C#.NET, VB.NET & ASP.NET.
• Familiarity of ESRI's ArcGIS Technology (preferable).
• Should possess strong analytical skills, as well as good communication skills in English (both oral & written).
