Job summary

The Titan Wealth Group is expanding its financial planning team, offering a structured path from trainee/advisory support to full Financial Planner status. You will work with an established client bank, gaining hands-on experience delivering advice, building relationships and progressing toward advisory status.

Qualifications

  • Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent).
  • Experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice).
  • Looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning.
  • Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets).
  • Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
  • Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
  • Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas.
  • Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting.
  • Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma‑qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management, Mortgage Advice, or Financial Services Administration who are looking to advance into a Financial Planner position.

You will begin in a supported, desk‑based advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands‑on experience delivering advice, building relationships, and developing toward full Financial Planner status.
