Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is expanding its advisory team and offering a structured development pathway from trainee/advisory support to full Financial Planner roles.   • Experience in financial services (paraplanning, client support, mortgage advice).
  • Interest in transitioning into a client-facing financial planning role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial planning advice to an existing client portfolio (typically up to £250k).
  • Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
  • Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
  • Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas.
  • Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the Titan group to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting; continue developing technical knowledge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma-qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management or Mortgage Advice who are looking to take the next step into a Financial Planner position.

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
  • Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice)
  • Are looking to transition into a client‑facing financial planning role
  • Have strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Are motivated by long‑term career progression within financial planning
  • Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Are comfortable working in a target‑driven, client‑focused environment

Desirable:

  • Cashflow modelling experience
  • Ambition to progress towards Chartered status
