You don’t have consulting experience today, but you’ve been a top performer throughout your academic career and everyone has always remarked on your powers of perception and insight, your intellectual curiosity, and your work ethic. As a trainee consultant you will learn to:

• Conduct research and deliver data products (analysis, visualization, dynamic tools)
• Manage a variety of projects within a team setting
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Facilitate and present ideas at client meetings
• Come up with creative solutions to help clients solve their most demanding and urgent global health and development challenges, effectively communicate their plans, and implement change
• A master’s degree is preferred, but not required
• Interest in global health and international development is a plus

This position is Seattle- or Washington, D.C.- based with a flexible WFH policy.

• $81,034 to consultants
• $95,524 to senior consultants
• $115,763 to associates
• $144,717 to senior associates
• $202,597 to principals
• $231,525 to partners and our executive director

Recruitment process details
