A hybrid work schedule is available, allowing for two days a week at the D.C. office, with a minimum salary of $75,000.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of professional work experience in coalition building and advocacy.
Bachelor's degree in urban planning or related field required; Master's preferred.
Experience designing and facilitating virtual and in-person convenings.
Demonstrated comfort in developing relationships with local leaders.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage RTC’s TrailNation Collaborative.
Cultivate relationships with TrailNation Collaborative participants.
Lead participant recruitment and communication.
Design and deliver meaningful virtual and in-person convenings.
Supervise grant-making strategies to catalyze trail connectivity.
