Job summary

Washington Trails Association in Seattle is seeking a Multi-Day Trip Program Coordinator who loves working with people and shares our commitment to trail stewardship, volunteerism and building community.

The role plans statewide multi-day trail maintenance opportunities, supervises 2–3 seasonal crew leaders, and supports volunteer leadership with a hybrid in-office schedule. Compensation starts at $25.50–$27.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statewide multi-day trail maintenance trip calendar.
• Develop goals, policies, procedures and trainings for the program.
• Plan backcountry and adult volunteer trips statewide.
• Hire and supervise 2-3 seasonal trail crew leaders.
• Support volunteer recruitment and leadership development.
• Engage volunteers with an inclusive, safe work environment.
