You will learn to perform repairs to air brake systems and FHWA inspections under supervision, with possible outdoor work and shifts including nights and weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 18+ years old and able to supply basic tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements.
• Able to work across multiple shifts, including nights/weekends if needed.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior team member to learn repairs per specifications and complete work orders.
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain professional communication with staff and customers.
• Train in routine preventative maintenance, parts replacement, air brake systems, and FHWA inspections.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and company standards for standard repair times (SRT).
