Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willingness to supply basic tools or use toolbox purchase program.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements and across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior team member to learn repairs to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain professional communication with personnel and customers.
• Train in routine preventive maintenance, part replacement, basic repair of air brake systems, and FHWA inspections.
