Job summary

FleetPride in Chandler, AZ is seeking a trailer technician to diagnose, repair and rebuild all parts of trailer equipment, perform maintenance and inspections, test equipment for proper operation, and handle brake and suspension duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or vocational training, welding or carpentry experience is a plus, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This role is on-site with FleetPride’s team in a safety‑driven, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Welding and carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, repairs, builds and rebuilds all parts of trailer equipment.
• Performs maintenance, troubleshoots and inspects equipment.
• Test equipment for proper operations.
• Brake jobs and suspension work as needed.
• Other related duties in trailer service.
