Job summary

Excel Truck Group in Turbeville, SC is seeking a Trailer Repair Technician on 1st shift to join our team. You will perform a wide variety of repairs on trailers, dump trucks, refrigerated trailers, flatbed trailers, and related equipment.

If you have at least 1 year of experience or training in fabrication or a strong background in welding or truck and trailer repairs, this is a career you should explore. Basic personal tools are required and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience or training in fabrication.
• Strong background in welding or truck/trailer repairs.
• Ability to perform repairs on trailers and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld aluminum, steel and stainless as needed (MIG/TIG).
• Repair trailer structures and box vans, plus related equipment.
• Promote safety and teamwork in the shop.
• Possess own basic tools and support maintenance activities.

Excel Truck Group is seeking a Trailer Repair Technician to join our 1st shift Turbeville, SC team. You will be performing a wide variety of repairs on equipment such as trailers, dump trucks, refrigerated trailers, flatbed trailers, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experienced Fabricator.
• Welding experience in Mig and Tig for aluminum, steel and stainless.
• Able to perform small and large repairs to any trailer structure or box van.
• Promotes cooperation and teamwork.
• Able to embrace our Safety Culture and Policies.
• Must have own basic Tools available.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
