Job summary

Master Fleet LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled trailer technician to join our team. You will perform repairs, maintenance, fabrication, welding and diagnostics on heavy-duty trailers, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Inspect, trouble shoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on commercial trailers.
• Perform annual vehicle and safety inspections; preventative maintenance and other repairs as necessary on commercial trailers.
• Comprehension and completion of the repair orders, inventory forms, PM schedules, repair forecasts.
• Prepare safety documents required by DOT, company and any other Federal, State or Local regulations
• The ability to use and reference technical manuals, service bulletins, diagrams and
• Must furnish own hand tools
• Must be able to use hand tools and test equipment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs all trailer repairs, maintenance, fabrication, welding and diagnostics.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Trailer Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Welding: 1 year (Required)
• Body Shop repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
