Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking an experienced Trailer Technician for our Rogers, MN location. The role focuses on trailer repair, preventive maintenance, and a range of mechanical tasks to keep customer equipment roadworthy.

Earn $30-$40 per hour with weekly bonuses and a $7,500 sign-on. Benefits start Day One, with opportunities for training and career growth within a long-established company.

Qualifications

• Previous trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair brakes and air systems.
• Repair axles, suspension, and wheel-end components.
• Weld and fabricate as needed.
• Repair trailer body, doors, and hardware.
• Repair roofs, walls, floors and other components.
• Complete container repairs and modifications.
• Perform reefer repairs (experience preferred).

What You'll Do:

As a Trailer Technician, you'll help keep our customers' equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnosing and repairing brakes and air systems.
• Completing axle, suspension, and wheel-end repairs.
• Welding and fabrication.
• Performing trailer body and structural repairs.
• Repairing and replacing doors and hardware.
• Repairing roofs, walls, floors, and other trailer components.
• Completing container repairs and modifications.
• Performing reefer repairs (experience preferred, but not required).
