Detro Trailers LLC is seeking a Sales Associate in Bainbridge, IN to guide customers through the trailer purchase experience, demonstrate features, and close deals. You will manage quotes, financing options, and paperwork while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, demonstrate features/benefits, and guide them through the sales process from selecting a trailer to completing paperwork and payment.
• Negotiate sales prices and discounts; set trade-in value when necessary; create and present quotes retaining margins.
• Process payments, complete sales contracts, and arrange financing options.
• Complete data entry and maintain customer accounts and orders in the POS system.
• Ensure licensing paperwork is completed accurately and resolved if issues arise.
• Manage customer relationships through follow-up and issue resolution.
• Stay current with trailer industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean showroom and drive parts sales and service offerings.
