Job summary

TForce Freight, Inc. seeks a Trailer Repair technician for fleet operations. You will perform preventative maintenance on trailers and converter dollies, diagnose and repair non-power equipment including air brake and electrical systems.

Will require 2nd or 3rd shift, bringing your own tools, and PITO certification. Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. in a safety‑conscious, fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current trailer mechanic experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and a PC.
• Possess a full complement of personal hand tools.
• Employer will not sponsor visas for the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and converter dollies.
• Diagnose and repair non-power equipment incl. air brake and electrical systems.
• Work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
• Operate and handle tools safely; follow PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and document service actions.
