Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Trailer Technician / Fleet Technician A for the Martin Brower facility in Garner, NC. This outdoor position primarily services trailers, lift gates, and reefer units. Shift is 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility and weekends as needed.

Pay ranges from $35.00 to $37.00 per hour, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement. The role requires diagnosing and repairing fleet equipment, thorough documentation of repairs, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools.
• Valid CDL (A) is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units).
• Complete documentation for work orders in the Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic software.
• Perform detailed inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, Reyes Fleet Management policies and safety practices.
