The role emphasizes collaborating with the Parts Marketing Manager on promotions and pricing, while helping customers find the right parts and solutions and pursuing new business opportunities. A fast-paced, team-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aftermarket sales, parts, or trailer industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Customer-focused mindset and collaborative team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily trailer parts process: sales tickets, returns, and updating customer accounts.
• Support promotions, pricing strategies, and training with the Parts Marketing Manager.
• Identify customer needs and match them with parts and solutions.
• Develop new business and strengthen relationships with current customers.
• Use FleetPerform to stay organized and track activity.
