Job summary

Interstate Group LLC is hiring for a Parts & Service Assistant (PSA) at our Louisville, KY location. This full-time role offers hourly compensation of $18.00–$19.00 and reports to the Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager.

The PSA assists in the Parts and Service Department, handling inbound/outbound inventory, installing parts, and preparing products for display and demonstration. The position requires basic math, problem solving, and strong mechanical ability, with Spanish language skills

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Spoken fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect trailers on the lot for safety and quality control.
Perform daily processes that include parts, service work, inventory control.
Service, parts/accessories installations, and warranty work.
Assist with deliveries of trailers, parts, and supplies and submit paperwork to management.
Maintain the store facility and grounds to promote safety and a professional appearance.
Work with store management and attend required meetings.
Assist with warranty, repair, facility, and equipment problems.
Assist trailer sales as needed (sales license required in some states).
Operate a Kubota tractor (or equivalent) and power tools; welding with company certification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
