Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Louisville, KY is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support customer sales and service objectives. This position involves providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates will have a knowledge of automotive systems and previous sales experience is preferred. Flexible work hours are available and fleet safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively with customers.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Use basic math accurately in all units of measure.
• Ability to work on various days, evenings, and weekends.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience preferred.
