Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent demonstrated skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and other prep work.
• Apply paint, primer, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products for coverage, color, texture, and quality.
• Identify and correct paint defects or imperfections.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and painting equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
