Job summary

Look Trailers is seeking an Options Department Lead in El Mirage, AZ. This full-time role involves assembling and installing trailer options, electrical work, and coordinating with a production team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in trailer manufacturing, electrical installation, or handyman work, with strong attention to safety and quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lift up to 85 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience using tape measures and precision measuring tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with 110V and 12V electrical installations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing flooring, metal walls, cabinets, and custom bathroom components.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating hand tools, measuring equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, cut, and modify a variety of trailer options and components.
• Install flooring, metal walls, cabinets, custom bathrooms, generators, and other trailer accessories.
• Perform 110V and 12V electrical installations and troubleshooting.
• Read and accurately use tape measures and other measuring equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and company growth initiatives.
