Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with diesel engines, air, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• 1+ year experience with tractor and trailer maintenance and DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair tractors and trailers.
• Perform annual/systematic 90 day inspections on trailers as required.
• Ensure equipment meets Federal FHWA standards.
• Operate yard hostler to move trailers within facility.
• Identify parts and supplies as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental policies and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment.
• Utilize welding equipment as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records in software.
