Qualifications

• Working knowledge of hand tool repairs on class 6,7, and 8 trucks.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains systems and parts on class 6, 7, and 8 diesel tractors, trailers, and forklifts.
• Diagnose failures and repair mechanical, electrical and other vehicle systems.
• Operate specialized equipment and use hydraulic jacks to access vehicles.
• Troubleshoot heavy truck engines, braking, electrical, cooling and exhaust systems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, schedules and parts inventory.
• Follow safety protocols while handling heavy equipment.
