Responsibilities

• Services, inspects, and repairs tractor-trailers.
• Diagnoses failures and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and systems on a trailer.
• Uses hydraulic jacks to gain access to the underside of trailers.
• Conducts full inspections of trailers to identify issues.
• Tests trailers after repairs to ensure operation.
• Maintains detailed records of service and maintenance activities.
• Repairs defective parts such as brakes, tires, axles, wiring, and hydraulic systems.
