Job summary

N&M Transfer is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Trailer Mechanics to maintain and repair our large trailer fleet. Duties include preventative maintenance, brake work, welding, electrical, tires, and DOT inspections. Shifts offer evening and night hours with full-time benefits.

Position Description

N&M Transfer is currently searching for 2nd and 3rd Shift Trailer Mechanics. Our Trailer Mechanics are responsible for the preventative maintenance and general repairs on our fleet of nearly 400 company owned trailers. Repairs include brake jobs, welding, fabricating, electrical work, tires, body work, preventative maintenance, and DOT inspections.

2 nd Shift: 4 days/week, 3pm – 1am

3 rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11pm – 7am

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous work experience or a secondary education in trailer repair is ideal
• We are willing to train the right individual with general mechanical aptitude and a passion to enjoy a challenging and rewarding career as a Trailer Mechanic
