The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with hydraulics, brakes, plumbing, and welding tasks.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines in a fast-paced factory setting.
• Forklift or welding certifications are a plus.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailer components according to instructions and schematics.
• Install and test wiring and electrical systems.
• Install and test brake and hydraulic systems.
• Perform tack welding and/or basic welding tasks.
• Operate pneumatic tools and overhead cranes safely.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Move parts using forklifts and handle materials safely.
• Document work performed and report discrepancies.
