Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring a hands-on Trailer Assembly Technician to support our manufacturing teams in Wisconsin (Stoughton, Evansville, Brodhead). You will build components, fasten parts, take precise measurements, and verify quality along each step of the trailer-building process.

Work includes reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, drilling through metal and wood, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. Overtime on Fridays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or assembly environments preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance, team-focused and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies to specification using blueprints and work instructions.
• Position and secure parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.
• Operate a range of tools (drills, impact wrenches, rivet/Huck guns, grinders, sanders, routers, and more) to complete stages.
• Drill through aluminum, steel, and wood; prep metal surfaces; and perform accurate measurement layouts.
• Verify quality at each step and maintain an orderly, safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals and work overtime as required (including some Fridays).
