Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced architect to drive semiconductor circuit compiler efforts and automated generation tools.

You will build the software toolchain to enable automatic generation of data converters and develop an ecosystem for rapid IP delivery. The role requires 10+ years in circuit compilers, 5+ years shaping large software architectures, and strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working on circuit compilers for the semiconductor industry
• 5+ years developing high-level specifications for complex software architecture
• Good knowledge of analog and digital circuits
• Experience with software toolchains that generate GDSII from high-level specs
• Significant experience in object-oriented programming (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
• Exposure to SKILL coding
• Exposure to machine learning algorithms

Responsibilities

• Build the required software toolchain to enable automatic generation of data converters
• Develop a comprehensive ecosystem enabling quick turnaround of core IP
• Lead tooling that generates GDSII files from high-level specifications
• Collaborate across disciplines to drive architecture and delivery
