Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced architect to drive semiconductor circuit compiler tooling and automated generation tools. Build software toolchains to enable automatic generation of data converters and develop a comprehensive ecosystem for rapid core IP turnaround.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in circuit compilers and 5+ years shaping high-level software architecture, with strong OO programming, experience in GDSII tooling, and exposure to ML algorithms.

Qualifications

10+ years working on circuit compilers for semiconductor industry (memory, SRAM, etc).
5+ years in high-level software architecture specifications.
Good knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
Experience in toolchains to generate GDSII from high-level specs.
Proficient in Python, Java, C++, and related OO languages.
Experience with test-driven development.
Familiarity with industry standard circuit/design/integration tools.
Exposure to SKILL coding and ML algorithms.

Responsibilities

Architect and drive software toolchain for automatic generation of data converters and IP ecosystems.
Develop and define high-level specifications for complex software architecture.
Collaborate across teams to enable rapid turnaround of core IP.
