Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced architect to drive our semiconductor circuit compiler and automated generation tools. The role involves building the software toolchain to enable automatic generation of data converters and to develop an ecosystem for rapid turnaround of core IP.

We value trailblazers with deep circuit knowledge, strong OO programming skills (Python/Java/C++), and experience with test-driven development; familiarity with SKILL and ML ideas a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years working on circuit compilers for the semiconductor industry.
• At least 5 years experience developing the high-level specifications for complex software architecture.
• Good knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
• Intimate experience in software toolchains that enable the creation of GDSII files from a list of high-level specifications.
• Significant experience in object-oriented programming such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
• Good exposure to test-driven software development.
• Knowledge of industry standard circuit, design, and integration tools.
• Exposure to SKILL coding.
• Exposure to machine learning algorithms.
