• Provide leadership for all aspects of the ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship Program.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and program standards.
• Direct curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and improvement.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate fellows and faculty.
• Ensure comprehensive clinical and procedural training in gastroenterology, hepatology, endoscopy, and related fields.
• Lead recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty with a focus on education and scholarship.
• Promote fellow well-being, professionalism, and patient safety.
• Support scholarly activity, quality improvement, and research endeavors.
• Represent the fellowship program within CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine and national gastroenterology communities.
