Formación

• Commitment to simulation-based education and innovative pedagogy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for all aspects of the ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship Program.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ACGME requirements and program standards.
• Design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve the fellowship curriculum.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate fellows, fostering career development.
• Ensure comprehensive clinical and procedural training in gastroenterology, hepatology, and related disciplines.
• Lead development and evaluation of faculty dedicated to education and scholarship.
• Support fellow and faculty wellness, professionalism, and patient safety.
