Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of progressively responsible experience managing contractors and budgets for trail or park maintenance.
• Two years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Equivalent of graduation from a university or college.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the work of contractors maintaining trails and facilities.
• Coordinate with staff and contractors on vegetation clearance for defensible space.
• Administer grants and manage project budgets across funding sources.
• Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
