Job summary

Tamarack Resort seeks a Bike Park Trail Crew member to maintain and improve bike trails, build new features, and ensure rider safety across Tamarack’s trail network. You will assist with events and uphold IMBA-grade standards, working closely with Parks Management and Mountain Operations.

The role emphasizes public interaction, outdoor work in mountain conditions, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Benefit highlights include season passes, resort discounts, and family perks.

Qualifications

Must enjoy interacting with the public.
Able to prioritize work and work without constant supervision.
Able to follow directions and complete complex tasks.
Ability to multitask.
Comfortable working outside in high-altitude environments.
Must be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist in removing hazards on trails and maintain proper markings.
Continually monitor trail condition and safety.
Ensure safety requirements are met for guests and staff.
Build new trails and features and refurbish and maintain existing trails and features.
Assist with special events such as bike races and festivals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide excellent customer service.
