Job summary

Tamarack Resort seeks a Snowpark/Terrain Park Attendant to keep terrain features safe, clean, and fun for guests. Experience skiing or snowboarding is preferred; you will help with setup, daily maintenance, safety education, and guest hospitality in the terrain parks.

The role requires outdoor work in varying winter conditions, weekend/evening/holiday availability, and teamwork with grooming staff and Ski Patrol. Join us for a magical mountain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be an intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder.
• Experience in terrain parks preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Able to work outdoors in varying and often inclement weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend, evenings, and holidays availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular upkeep of terrain park features using hand tools.
• Visually monitor terrain park features and guest activity, enforcing park rules.
• Act as a host in the park, providing a positive guest experience through safety education and information sharing.
• Assist in construction, setup, and teardown of terrain park features (rails, jumps, boxes).
• Install and maintain park signage, fencing, banners, and ropes to communicate park rules and layouts.
• Complete daily inspection logs and required paperwork to track feature conditions.
• Assist with setup/teardown of special events, competitions, and contests.
• Collaborate with park grooming staff, Ski Patrol, and other resort departments.
