Job summary

Heartland Family Service in Omaha, NE seeks a Trafficking Case Manager to support survivors of human trafficking, with a focus on safety planning and ongoing case management. You will work in a crisis stabilization shelter on a small caseload, 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule Sunday through Thursday and specific evening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or human service field required.
• Two years direct care experience in human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and support to trafficking survivors.
• Demonstrate advanced crisis intervention skills with diverse clients.
• Assist with safety planning and connecting to medical/therapeutic services as identified.
• Complete paperwork and data entry per agency policies and timelines.
• Provide client transportation using personal and agency vehicles.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and follow agency protocols.
• Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports for quality and grant purposes.
